Stories

#1 reason the news mainly reports about murders & other things that aren't positive is because BAD NEWS SELLS. They only talk about how guns kill people but they don't publicize when guns save lives. I believe that's why people focus on guns being bad & are only used to kill people. So I'd like to expose you to the opposite of what you might be used to. If you look on the internet there are many stories of how someone used their concealed handgun to save their life or someone else's. One for example:

What if that man didn't have a concealed weapon? He could have been robbed or even shot.

This man was doing his duty as a father of 4 children & shot his concealed handgun when 3 intruders came into his house.

How can you say concealed weapons are bad when things like these 2 incidents happen? If someone uses their gun properly then it shouldn't be a problem. They're protected by the 2nd amendment of the Constitution anyways.. After watching these videos, I hope for people to have a more positive outlook on concealed handguns.

  1. These two video's that you posted may have not made nationwide news but I'm certain that they made at least local news. As for the first video with the older gentleman I saw this on the news when it first happened and what he did was incredibly stupid to do. You can see that there is a lot of people in that area in which he opens fire and that put everyone at risk of being shot either by him or the robbers. Now the second video is a little better. He was shot first before he went for his gun. There wasn't a large amount of bystanders and he did an excellent job. If you have a concealed handgun I believe you need to have the proper judgment to use it in the right circumstances and to keep it holstered if there's too much risk.
